Take the first step towards a calmer, more centered life with our Introduction to Meditation class. There's no need to feel intimidated; this series of four one-hour sessions are designed for anyone seeking to seamlessly integrate meditation into their daily routine. Discover the fundamentals of several different types of meditation to find which type works best for you. You'll gain insights on where to begin, accompanied by information on the physical and emotional well-being benefits. You'll have an opportunity to practice with the group, fostering both confidence and proficiency for establishing your own personal meditation habit. It's important to note that the forms of meditation we explore in this class are not affiliated with any religious or spiritual practice. Join us for a gentle introduction to a practice that can enhance your overall well-being.

Cancellation Policy

Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, we ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of $50. To change or cancel an existing appointment, please call or text 720-250-6669 or reschedule your appointment online. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. INCLEMENT WEATHER Our standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the area is under a severe winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge. Additionally, if the cancellation is due to illness or emergency, we may make an exception.
