Enjoy the healing comfort of an infrared sauna session added to your treatment. Infrared saunas offer several science-backed benefits. Research suggests they can improve heart health by lowering blood pressure and increasing circulation, similar to the effects of moderate exercise. Regular sauna use may also bolster the immune system and have shown promise in pain relief, particularly for muscle soreness and arthritis. You’ll also find added benefits in skin health and increased energy and better sleep. Your sauna session includes color therapy according to your dosha along with cooling rose water packs for your head and heart area, which aligns with Ayurvedic principles of balance.

Cancellation Policy

Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, we ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of $50. To change or cancel an existing appointment, please call or text 720-250-6669 or reschedule your appointment online. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. INCLEMENT WEATHER Our standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the area is under a severe winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge. Additionally, if the cancellation is due to illness or emergency, we may make an exception.
