Prerequisite: Somatic Ayurvedic Bodywork

This immersive training explores Shirodhara through both classical Ayurvedic wisdom and modern somatic understanding.

Rather than teaching Shirodhara as a stand-alone technique, this course emphasizes preparation, pacing, and nervous system readiness. Students learn how to create the conditions that allow this profound therapy to calm and regulate rather than overwhelm.

In this course, students will learn to:

• Prepare the body through grounding touch and rhythmic oil application

• Integrate key marma points to support parasympathetic activation
