About the event
What if the way you practice bodywork could support not only your clients’ well-being, but your own longevity as a practitioner?
Join me for an immersive, hands-on training in Somatic Ayurvedic Bodywork, integrating traditional Ayurvedic principles, somatic awareness, and intentional therapeutic touch. Explore ways to bring greater presence, sensitivity, and a holistic perspective to your work while developing an approach that supports the long-term sustainability of your practice.
Our work asks a great deal of us physically, mentally, and emotionally. Learning to work with greater awareness and intention can help us cultivate a more sustainable relationship with our own bodies, preserve our capacity to do the work we love, and continue serving our clients for years to come.
