Wild Earth Spa Policy

Scheduling Appointments:
  • When scheduling 2 or more services, a credit card is required to hold that time slot.
  • After one missed appointment, a credit card is required to hold the rescheduled appointment's time slot.
  • In the event of a cancellation or no-show, you may be subject to 50% - 100% of the service total being billed to that credit card.

Using SpaFinder/SpaWish Gift Certificates:

  • SpaFinder and SpaWish gift certificates are redeemable at Wild Earth Spa for their total amount.
  • Any difference in price will be credited to your account as Store Credit.
  • Can be redeemed for service or product.
  • Can NOT be used for gratuity.

Loyalty Rewards Program:

  • 1 Point = $5
  • Points can be accumulated by referring friends, co-workers, strangers. :) For every person you refer, you will earn 1 point.
  • Referral rewards will go into your account after your referral has his/her service at Wild Earth. Your referral must mention your name at the Front Desk when registering for the first time.
  • Points can be redeemed for service or product at Wild Earth. Points cannot be used for gratuity, tax, or gift certificates.
  • Points are non-transferable. Points may not be redeemed with any other discounts or coupons.
Returns:
  •  All returns must be unused, unopened and sealed in original packaging.
  • The total amount of your return will be credited to you as Store Credit.
